Perform TC is active in HR related consulting, and is an expert in the recruitment, training and coaching of sales consultants. In order to support our tremendous growth, we are currently looking to fill the position of:

Project Manager (= Trainer/Coach)

Responsibilities:

• You monitor, evaluate, coach, train and motivate our International Sales Consultants as well as our Sales Managers
• You operate mainly from the office with scheduled travel for training and coaching sessions
• You are responsible for analyzing and identifying training needs and for adapting the training programs accordingly, on a need basis
• You are responsible for giving the introductory sales training to the new Sales Consultants
• You are responsible for the daily follow-up of both Sales Manager and Sales Consultants
• Based on an in-depth analysis of high and low performers, you develop and adapt your coaching style (action plans, one-on-ones, follow-up sheets, etc.)

Profile:

• You have excellent people management skills
• You have strong training and coaching skills
• You are organized, proactive, dynamic, hard working, flexible and communicative
• You are fluent in English (daily spoken and written), and have knowledge of MS Office, Internet
• Domicile in Lommel or surrounding areas
• You have 3-4 years training, coaching and people management experience
• Education: Masters, minimum Bachelors
• You are positive, independent and eager to learn
