Perform TC is active in HR related consulting, and is an expert in the recruitment, training and coaching of sales consultants. In order to support our fast growth, we are currently looking to fill the position of:

HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the international recruitment of sales consultants (entry and senior levels): This includes analyzing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms (CV & phone screening), organizing assessment sessions, interviewing and selecting candidates and offering the contract.
• You work closely with the other departments to truly understand the sales consultant profile that we are looking for
• Based on your recruitment reporting, you analyze, develop and streamline a successful recruitment strategy: in-depth analysis of success rate per country, jobsite, etc.
• You develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels
• You operate mainly from the office with scheduled travel for HR-recruitment / assessment sessions

Profile:

• This position fits an organized, proactive, dynamic, hard working, flexible and communicative person
• Domicile in Lommel or surrounding areas
• You are fluent in English (daily spoken and written) and have knowledge of MS Office, Internet
• Education: Masters, Min. Bachelor Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or equal in experience
• You have min. 2 years experience in a similar position
• You are willing to travel occasionally
• You are innovative and ready to question existing working methods
• You are positive, independent and eager to learn
